Add options to disable KillMode from systemd

while POST_SHUTDOWN_DELAY is a thing, It would be nice to wait for the java + screen to actually exit and ensure the world was actually saved

and some people want their world saved more than anything. so I think it would be good to provide these settings at least as an option.
